Rate limits
Each key may make a set number of requests per minute: 120 unless Dnero has agreed another limit for it. GET /v1/me states the key’s limit.
Every response carries where the key is in the current minute:
| Header | Means |
|---|---|
RateLimit-Limit |
Requests the key may make per minute. |
RateLimit-Remaining |
Requests left in this minute. |
RateLimit-Reset |
Seconds until the minute resets. |
A request over the limit is answered 429 with the code rate_limited and a Retry-After header in seconds. Wait that long before trying again.
A system that syncs steadily rarely meets the limit. One that sends a burst - a whole catalogue at once - should pace itself from RateLimit-Remaining rather than wait to be refused.
